About the Farm

Twin Chestnuts Farm is located in Williston, SC just outside the booming horse center of Aiken.

The large center isle barn hosts 10 12x12 stalls with automatic waterers, fans, and hay racks. Boarders and lesson students have access to a large air conditioned tack room complete with a small kitchenette, seating area and bathroom. A washer and dryer is available for all horse laundry needs. Several sets of cross ties as well as a hot and cold wash rack allow for easy grooming.

All horses have access to safe and well shaded pastures with 3 rail fencing. Horses will be grouped to fit their personalities in small group turnout. Individual turnout is based on availability.

Riders will have access to a 100x200 lighted jump arena, a synthetic footed standard dressage arena, and round pen. Also enjoy a hack on our shaded trail system.

About the Owner

Twin Chestnuts Farm is owned and operated by Megan Russell.

Megan is an Animal and Veterinary Sciences graduate from Clemson University with a concentration in Equine Business. She has been involved in the equine world for 20 years, with experience in a wide variety of disciplines and breeds.

Megan's main concentration has been in the hunter/jumper ring, teaching lessons, competing, and working with green horses. She also has a soft spot for off the track thoroughbreds and loves helping introduce these wonderful horses to new careers and riders.

With a wealth of knowledge of equine nutrition, exercise physiology, and sport horse management, all horses at TCF receive the best care that can be provided, while maintaining an affordable cost for its clients.
